THE LEGAL

By accessing apaxhepiza.com or placing an order through our Dublin portal, you enter a binding agreement with Apache Pizza. This document outlines our commitment to quality, your responsibilities as a customer, and the digital frameworks protecting our 12 O'Connell Street operations.
01. Intellectual Property & Brand
The Apache Pizza brand, including all logos, proprietary "Chief's Choice" recipes, and digital interface designs featured on apachepizza platforms, remain the sole property of the company. Reproduction, scraping, or unauthorized mirror-hosting of our menu pricing or calorie data is strictly prohibited. We protect our digital assets with the same ferocity we apply to our 500°F oven temperatures.
Age & Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years of age to establish a permanent account on apaxhepiza.com. For residential delivery within the Dublin D01 area, minors must have express parental consent for any transaction exceeding €50.00. We reserve the right to verify identity upon delivery for orders flagged by our security algorithms.
Acceptance Policy
Clicking "Place Order" constitutes a digital signature. If you do not agree with these protocols, we advise against using our online checkout systems.
FINANCIAL ENCRYPTION.
Payment Gates
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express through our secure checkout. For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders at O'Connell Street, drivers carry limited change for safety. Digital wallets (Apple Pay/Google Pay) are processed via Stripe to ensure industry-leading data obfuscation.
Data Protection
Your transaction data is encrypted using 256-bit SSL. Apache Pizza never stores raw CVV codes or full card numbers on our local Dublin servers. All financial handling follows the strict Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard.
Refund Integrity
Refunds for temperature-related issues or incorrect toppings must be requested within 60 minutes of delivery. Evidence (photographs) may be required via [email protected] to improve our internal quality control and ensure local kitchen accountability.

Delivery is at the heart of the apachepizza experience. However, Dublin traffic and peak-hour demands require a realistic understanding of transit times. We prioritize food safety and driver welfare above all other metrics.

Our service is strictly limited to verified Dublin postcodes. Orders placed outside our active radius will be cancelled and refunded minus any merchant processing fees.

Estimated delivery windows (e.g., 30–45 mins) are guidelines, not guarantees. External factors like rainfall, match-day traffic at Croke Park, or road closures on O'Connell Street can impact transit.
THE APACHE CODE.
To the late-shift medical workers, Trinity students, and busy parents of Dublin: we are here to serve. In return, we ask for a baseline of respect toward our dispatchers and drivers.
- • Abusive language toward staff results in immediate, permanent platform bans.
- • Attempting to spoof the reservation or delivery system via BOT networks is monitored and reported.
- • Drivers have the right to refuse delivery to locations deemed unsafe or inaccessible.

Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes arising from the use of apachepizza digital services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts sitting in Dublin.
